You would need to be on the details tab and right click on the column header to enable it showing those two options. And is this definitely new with beta 2? Its not that the time is wrong it's that the clock and the tray eventually stop being painted. I also posted about this in the main v2.03 thread.
I have seen this as well. Typically I have to reboot. I tried reloading explorer and signing out which did not work.
It's weird, everything is still actually functional but it is not painting the updates on the taskbar. Things like my CoreTemp/Afterburner temperature readings go blank. The start menu itself is still updating though. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/49/31/49318

On 2.03, now system tray/clock eventually stops animating/updating, although you can still click on it. Tray overflow flyout also becomes non-functional. Did not have this behavior on 2.02. Also hovering over taskbar buttons stops highlighting them, and window preview stops displaying. W11 23H2 Modern Style + Enhanced Taskbar

There must be another variable at play update - It looks like there has been stuttering / freezing issues reported with gtx cards. The rtx cards seem mostly ok except a few of the 20's. It is an NVidia thing.
There is a 546.08 hotfix driver now. Not sure, but it sounds like it might fix some things related to what people are describing here?

Great!, I thought I was going insane here. Thanks for looking into it. Sometimes it also messes up the whole 'notification tray' afterwards, where it will expand out to wherever you had right clicked. But I wasn't able to consistently reproduce that. Only way to fix the tray when that happens was to restart explorer/reboot. Initially it was barely even an issue, until the tray decided to shift too.

Try right clicking after the notification is already up? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Av9SP17xgx3L-C9KfDDGws7mNeq9dr8k/view?usp=sharing Here is what I am talking about. (Sorry I did not see a way to add a video here like you just did, so it is public on my gdrive)
Have seen this bug for awhile, but only recently pinned down how to reproduce it. If you are currently in the right click dialog menu on something on your start bar, then any new windows notifications are shifted to the current right click menu (instead of in the bottom right corner). <img style="display: inline-block; vertical-align: middle; cursor: pointer;" src="https:/
