I've just installed Start11 and in general I like it. One thing is missing though is the ability in the "all programs" section to click on the letter at the beginning of an alphabetized group and thence navigate immediately to somewhere else in the alphabet. This is probably my favourite and most used feature of the standard Windows menu, and without it I will be hard-pressed to commit to Start11.
