Hi all, Today I loaded win8.1 preview. Blimey I thought, start button is back and you can boot to desktop. Overall an improvement and if you have a touchscreen then its a huge improvement, However, if , like me, you prefer to use a keyboard and mouse then, believe it or not, Microsoft still do not understand what users want.
