I think it's easy enough just to leave honest reviews anywhere that takes them. Then future potential customers can make their decision based on support expectations. I'm a bit disappointed especially since the site does say under system requirements Windows 10/8/7 (no mention of Windows 10 up to patch level 1809). I know, personally, if the sole option is to pay again for a version that includes a fix for software that was listed as supported then I'll be very aware of the sunk cost fallacy and consider my various vendor options before opting to purchase an additional license.
