Hello, I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Window 10 yesterday and now I cannot move anything on my desktop as described by tiernito1 above. Currently on Fences 2.01 and have no idea how to upgrade to 2.13?? Two questions would be: 1) How does one upgrade to the latest version? 2) Does anyone has a rough timeframe for when version 3 will be available?
