latest update has a blank restart panel

Yes that setting is there on my PCs. Can't tell if there is still a problem until the next time that Start10 requires and update.

Windows Defender has a "ransome ware" setting to prohibit programs directly changing memory or files. When this function is active, start10 updates fails to complete and start10 does not start the next time the system is booted. I turn off the feature, reinstall start10 and everything works again.
