I don't believe in computer gremlins, but here is what has happened since you posted your last response. I ran the installer again, and this time it installed like a charm. I configured it, and this time, all the items that I wanted on my Start10 menu appeared. I have no idea what happened. I was told that there was an update available. I was terrified. I downloaded the update and rebooted my computer as instructed. Life is good again! Thank you for answe

Sorry, yes, I meant Start10. What am I doing wrong? I downloaded the .bat and uninstalled it. I rebooted my computer, but I still got the same message. Cyndi I love Start10.

I had to reset my computer. I've used Stardock since Windows 10 came out. I own it. What do I do? I can't live without it. I hate the interface on Windows 10? Update did not complete. Could not open request. Installer will quit.
