I think Chris (contact64) has found the circumstances that cause the slow start of Fences ! After reading his post, I put all of my folder shortcuts on my Desktop into Recycle.bin and Fences opened up normally on every reboot! So, the slow startup also happens with shortcuts linking to folders wit
