I just want to report I'm having the same issues, and have been having them for months (since installing Start11 on this machine). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and installing both beta and non-beta versions. I'll try the full purge and report back, but I thought my info might be helpful. I can verify having this same issue with all windows. For example, right now I have 4 Windows Explorer windows grouped. If I have the group maximized, then move it to a different monitor while maximized, it will remember that monitor per tab. Steps to reproduce: Group multiple windows (any windows seem to do it).
