I have 3 computers; a MacBook pro and two Windows lappy's. The Windows machines run Dev and Beta. My Dev machine is plugged into the same monitor as my Mac (Samsung 49" curved monster) and the Beta laptop is in the living room. My biz is somewhat connected to whatever MSFT comes out for consumers so I play around a lot. I might rebuild this machine 3-4 times a month.
Nah, not going to fuck with it as I just got the transparency working again. I'll take 80% transparent over 0% and learn my lesson about installing beta stuff over working stuff ;)
Well, crap
So now I have this...transparent in the middle but the start button on the left (with a background) and non-transparent background on the right.
Installed over the previous version...and don't remember if it asked to delete settings :(
Installed the Start11 beta and it wiped out my previous Start11 settings (transparency, size, etc.) and could not get them back. Uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled non-beta and now NO SETTINGS work. How do I fix this shitshow?
