Well I found the problem The_gear. My issue is I had to replace my hard drive in my computer. I redownloaded the software and reinstalled on my new hard drive and it was telling me I had too many license activation. Any idea on how to reset them?
I have a message saying I've already activated my start8 application on another computer, well that's true. Problem is I'm no longer using that computer because the Hard drive died. How do I get my start8 license to accept on my new computer?
Long story short Start8 having no problems for years. Today I install the update and the start menu disappears. I can no longer see the class start8 start menu on my 8.1 machine. I attempted to uninstall and install the previous version back on. Start menu is still gone. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you fix it if you have?
