Also, when you see this, if you manually restart Windows Explorer again, do you still see it? Are you using any other monitor software (DisplayFusion for example)? When you 'did the updates', did you do them manually (download them individually yourself and install them)? Meaning, this PC is Internet isolated (no direct Internet access)?
