My activation worked. Am I best to create the activation files for the rest of the PC's I have bought licenses for and post them in batches now to the ticket? thanks.
Email has been sent with the original support ticket number in the subject of JLN-204-16640. As a side note, I will have another 10 PC's to activate offline. Thanks.
I did try a variety of things yesterday but have retried today. I have tried Firefox, IE and Safari. On a different internet PC I have tried Firefox and Chrome. I have been using fences v1 for some time now on a couple of PC's and have recently opted to purchase 15 licenses for v2 and make more use of it and the new features in v2. From what I have read I was under the impression that if it was not possible to connect to the internet due to firewall limitations the software would allow activation by sending details via a web link or email. However if I click the "Unlock previous purchase" button which is where I would expect to be the cor
