someone else in this thread had the same issue but you think its my end, im not sure what? No im only using start11 and nothing else that does anything to the explorer or start menus etc.

Hello I have the same issue on my windows 11 - 24H2 OS Build -26100.4652. The task bar loads up with windows and parts of it are not skinned. Ok was about to take a screenshot to show this happening but the strangest thing happens. When i use snipping tool to take a picture of the desktop in the preview of what i have selected for the picture, the taskbar is shown as it should be fully skinned.
