LH 1.2, both DLCs, no mods I have Arcane Mastery but I don't get the option to start building Ereog's Tower in any of my cities. I have level 3s, quite advanced towns, fortresses and conclaves but I don't get the option in any of them. P.S. A few turns later Magnar finished building it. I wonder if I cannot start building it because someone already started before me? Would be quite a strange mechanic.

Hard, Huge map, over 200 restarts, don't seem to get any location that is near both forest and river and has essence also. Is this the case now or I've been really unlucky?
If you build your city just one tile away from water or forest, you can say goodbye to logging camp and pier even if you add enough buildings to said city until you reach the forest or river. It is absolutely maddening to lose such good improvements, maximum frustration level.
It's not new to .951, had these issues in .950 too.
It would be nice if we could get a confirmation as to whether the issue will be fixed in time for the beta 4A ( aka .951)release.
There are multiple examples of saved games with this issue posted in the FE Support forum,including 2 by me for both .915 and .950. Along with debug and other requested files. I hope Derek that you've looked into those also and DTOM's post is not the first time you guys are searching for the problem causing the crashes.

Yep, known save corruption bug. Say good bye to that save too.And possibly to many others before it if you have them.
Yes but barely. I always have to go for the master quest as soon as possible due to the save corruption issues that are annoying to work around on the long run. No game over 250-260 turns so far(epic speed, large map, all AIs).
Great news! New features and balance changes: - add a low level warding spell that can be used only for cities and would take 1 essence; this would protect the enchanted cities against roaming monsters - catch is, it cannot be dispelled and that 1 essence is used for good; - add a garrison upgrade to outposts - no. of troops available is automatically given based on the attached city garrison - should be 1/2 of the city garrison for example, rounded to the next integer
Largest map. To be honest the current large map is quite medium itself when compared with other strategy games. Also on the current large map while playing with 8 sovs, your neighbors's capital cities are always quite close. It would totally be worth adding a huge map option.
I've noticed this with the last 2 betas but the issue has been probably there since the beginning. Playing large balanced map, all 8 sovs with expert AIs, moderate monsters and epic speed. I can go on and play for 300 or 400 turns and pretty sure even more but after around turn 200 when the map is more than 50% revealed and I have lots of cities and other buildings on the map all the saves made seem to be corrupted in some way or even worse, trying to save the game will cause a CTD. I eit
