Thought I would put my 2 cents in since I came here looking for answers to help get my Deskscapes v8.21 working on Windows 10. After Several frustrating attempts of it not working right or really at all from upgrading to 10 from 7 Home Premium. I did a full uninstall of Deskscapes. To my further frustration Windows 10 then told me I could not reinstall because it did not meet compatibility requirements to install. Trying to force it through admin rights didn't work either.
