I couldn't move them to where I wanted them. However come today all of a sudden its now working. The magic of reseting I guess. Thanks for the response though mate

As I understand it you can move your desktop icons to wherever you want to and them lock them down. However I have just done a reformat of my pc and one of the first items I installed was the Alienware GUIse program that had the Xenomorph theme. Now my desktop icons will not move. The auto arrange is not switched on and neither is align to grid. I just cannot move them to where I want
