Why do I have to wait for my Pay Pal order? I just want to play the game I bought. This seems crazy, why are you slowing down digital distribution? I don't get it.

Why do I have to wait for my order!?! Its not 1912.... I was planning on trying out SOASE: Rebellion tonight....... I guess not.... How long will I have to wait? I purchased it honestly and just want to play!!!
