You're right, a bit strong. I know all about the double click, they just won't come back without a reboot. All the issues seem to be V3 on W10, my three V2 licenses are behaving OK. It's just very annoying when you have to keep rebooting. Anyway, this problem went away, perhaps because fences now keeps turning off completely but at least I can keep working.

I have the same problem. The fences disappear and can't restart and I get the message above. I did an uninstall including running the batch file Purge_Fences.bat and followed all the instructions, rebooti

Sorry if I hit the wrong key. Fences is a piece of cr*p. It cleared my desktop (and yes I know how it is supposed to be restored. Butnothing!) I can go to the snapshots but they refuse to restore. Keep well away from this junk.

When I change the desktop icon spacing on Windows 7 with Fences installed. The spacing changes in the fenced area but not on the rest of the desktop. Is there a work around? thanks Richard
