It is now February 28, 2017 - almost 5 months since the October 10, 2016 update that dev team is working on this. No fixes or updates to this yet? I'm running windows 10 with Fences 3.0 the fences background does not match the wallpaper screen. It is only fixed when I disable Translucency.
