Workaround / trick: if you hold SHIFT when right clicking you still get old context menu then you have the C lose menu option. I would love to see an option to change the opacity of the fence background only (leaving icons fully opaque) on mouse over. Similar to how you can fade it an entire fence until mouseover, it would be a productivity boon imho to have the option to only fade the background out/in only (leaving icons fully opaque).
