Hi, I have made the payment for the Full tiles product. I received in the download section of my stardock account the Tiles Setup.exe files to install (there is also a serial number) I downlad this file and install it, But even when I go in the "Add features" section of the product, and I enter my login/pwd, none of the advanced feature is activated and my soft is not recognized as the full tiles product : it is exactly as if I add the free version?
