When OD is installed and running it correctly identifies the software that is installed and will let me know that there's an update for one. However, any time I try to download and/or update a piece of software, it just sits there and appears to be trying to download, but nothing ever moves or updates or anything. I can manually download the software and install it just fine. I do sit behind a firewall, but if I can log on to the website and download and install the software
