I have to agree. While playing Ashes I never found Turtling with static defenses to be that effective. Unlike games that rely heavily on defensive structures to survive, in Ashes they always felt more like support structures to help my units.

I'm speaking more from my personal preference here, but I think a Survival RTS would be too close to what Ashes already offers. It would feel too much like an Ashes mod rather than a full game so to speak. I think that if Ashes didn't exist in its current capacity it would be awesome to see a Survival RTS from the universe. They are Billions is a great game and I am looking forward to what Conan Unconquered has to offer.

Hello there! Unfortunately old saves can't be loaded when a new version is released. New builds can include some significant changes that would not work well with saved games from an old version. As someone who loves to load up old save games I understand it's a bummer.

Have you validated the game files in Steam to see if anything is missing? Edit: Silly mobile autocorrect...

It was on SyFy for a bit but Amazon recently acquired the rights to it and just finished up Season 4. Try browsing to C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Setting and deleting the rebellion.user.setting file. Does the game start normally after that?
