Not a big issue really, just wanted to know if it was my setup or something that Fences can fix.

Hi When I move a fence, it is very difficult to place it precisely as the fence has a rubber band affect that doesn't stay under the cursor. It continues to move after you stop moving the mouse. Eventually it comes to a stop then I have to gently move the mouse so the fence moves in union with the mouse. Hard to explain sorry. TonyE
