I have just had an issue in relation to this update. I was unaware start11 had updated, and when I opened my computer this morning, my taskbar was at top of screen, and for 6 hours I was unable to return it to the bottom. This was until I found the last setting for taskbar alignment in start11. This fixed it, and I am now happy again, but this setting seems to have automatically set itself on 'top' upon updating and was somewhat confusing until I found it.
