basj is just trolling. He should know that if you buy an UPGRADE of an existing licens that page is never shown. I have a 5 activation Start10 licens that I upgraded through the given process and I was rewarded with a 1 activation license. And this cost was equal to the other 5 actiaction products that I have and have had for many, many years. The issue is not the price. The issue is the obfuscation and deliberate hiding of the fact that licensing changed. They have a dozen other products that work one way, suddenly an updated beta product changes licensing model. That should be communicated so that new and existing customers get a choice and are informed. You realize that this is - at minimum - a 100% price increase? At worst a 500% increase. You're really obfuscating the fact here. Adding a line in the EULA is the american way, I'm sure, but it's really consumer hostile. By design I'm sure.<
Same issue here. HDR fubars portal folders on two computers. It's 2021 guys. HDR is a thing. Since this is a non-issue on 3.09 it's something broken on the Fences side.
Changes in the EULA without prior, written, letter of intent to paying customers where the changes suddenly deny paying customers a reasonable "fair use" installation? Oh, bad business Stardock. Bad business. You do know that even Microsoft allow you to install Windows on both a stationary and a portable device? Little Stardock and their little tweak? Not so much. Greed is ugly. It sure looks like Stardock is losing money and need to add server level
