tried -> no success I have reinstalled w7 because I did hope to success to install fences

hello to all I can not install fences - please somebody help. I have reinstalled my HP 8500 laptop and after I install Fences I got the error: Fence has detected thats it integrity has been compromised. There may be a problem with your Fences Installation. It is recommended that you uninstall and reinstall fences. I want to mention that befor reinstalling OS Fences worked perfectly<
