Has anyone else had trouble with tiles interfering with programs that take over the entire screen?

Typically it happens as I start the game, while it is switching from normal mode to a full-screen mode. There could also be some screen resizing going on, since that's typical with full-screen games. I've not seen it randomly happen once the game is fully initialized.

I've recently purchased Object Desktop for Windows XP. When I've launched full-screen applications, typically games, the program will minimize at various times and exit out of full-screen mode. When I click the program in the windows task bar, the program will come back up. Some programs will eventually stop minimizing, others do not. Exiting out of tiles stops the minimizing altogether. Are there settings in Tiles I can use to stop the mi
