I have the same problem with Win7.

Objectdock is set to stay on bottom, but it always come on to the top when I click on an icon or just simply the dock. It only goes back to the bottom when I ckick on "Show Deskop" or press Win + D. This is very frustrating. Resetting settings didn't help. I'm using Win7 32-bit.
