So it's not my pc, tried it on a diff system with a clean install of Windows and same... -address bar breadcrumb menu- transparent/missing border (all skins) + Taskbar not getting skinned when opened using hotkey (ctrl+shift+esc)

Installed successfully on a clean install of win10 build 9888, theme applied but if you log out/restart and then login, the screen flashes again and again and again, to fix this I switched back to default windows theme :(
