So Windows 10, installed by default, Video drivers (AMD FirePro W4100) may have been the issue. I figured I'd swap to the latest driver from the manufacturer (like I'd suggest to anyone else having problems with display related issues) and so far the issue seems to be eliminated.. I installed this latest build of DeskScapes on to my 8.1 machine and it seems to reset the display/DeskScapes, when I open Metro apps every now and then (especially with Microsoft's Metro Mail..). DeskScapes 8 did not have this issue for me. Anyone else seeing this ?

Does that mean a Windows 10 supported version is soon to début ?

Horrible troubleshooting on my part. It was only affecting the Winter Snow Dream by Neil Banfield (the only one I use) ... I tried to figure out how the 'Desktop Background' in Personalize within Windows Control Panel had any bearing on DeskScapes Dream's, and then I downloaded a new Dream and found them embedded in the settings for the dream .. all makes sense now. AND WORKS! -- except for my trusty Winter Snow :( --- BUT Thx!

Is there a way to make Deskscapes work with these Ultrawide resolutions ? It seems to give me black bars on the side @ 2560x1080 (current monitor), like it's doing 1920 x 1080 still... Thanks for any input... (Deskscapes 8.2)

Not sure if this is something for Start8, but ... I would like to be able to 'pin' the Metro Start Screen on one of my monitors so it's always visable and I can watch the live tiles while working on the other monitors. If I wanted it to go away, then just 'unpin' it. Launched apps from the pinned Metro Start Screen would show/start in another monitor. Something Start8 could pull off, or make another app ?

Windows FX 5.1 beta is working fine in Windows 8 Pro release FYI. Have NOT checked 'all' aspects, but the ones I normally use (pretty much all random animations for all, and wobbly windows 'Compiz Style') are working great.
