There is no e-mail, i sent a e-mail to sales@impulsedriven.com and they made me a support ticket with stardock, I came here because ididnt want to send another ticket and be bumped back to end and queue.

Hey, i used impulse for the first time earlier today. I installed it, made an account and purchased sins of a solar empire and was told i would receive an e-mail with download details within 15 minutes (depending on server loads). I paid with Visa, but what is worrying me is that its been somewhere around 10-11 hours ago that i made the purchase and have not had a e-mail or receipt or any word from impulse. its as tho i havent purchased anything.
