Thank you I think I already did that hopefully in the right area. I am waiting to hear from them nothing so far tried calling, but it is all automated can't talk to a real person anymore sadly. I guess that is what the future holds. I am hoping to get an answer soon. Thank you for your help.

I had the Fences 4 license for 5 computers and due to mistakes when upgrading to Fences 6.0 I selected single license I don't want to buy the 5 license version again I just want to upgrade to it. How can I do this? I will be happy to pay the difference.
