This is sad. Is anyone there at all? Apparently Stardock doesn't value it's customers. Perhaps there will be one less from now on?

Update: It has been two days now, and my serial number is still considered invalid for this account. I am not inclined to believe that a delay this long is typical of the registration transference system. Is there anyone out there (in the exceptionally quiet universe that these forums seem to be) who is knowledgeable on the subject? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Dear Stardock, I have recently transferred my registration of "Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords" to the account I am currently using here. However, in Impulse, this account is still denied verification of my serial number. Is it common for there to be a delay, or does this sound like a problem? If it is a problem, what can be done to fix it? Thank you, emwhalen
