Forgive me if this has been posted before (I wasn't sure what terms to search), and if it has, feel free to point me in the right direction. :) My husband and I currently share a netbook with Windows 7 Starter, and he downloaded MyColors as a workaround for the inability to change the theme/wallpaper. MyColors works fine on his account, but when I run it on mine, it doesn't change anything. I'm able to run the program after typing in the admin password, and can change the
