I teach IT to adults. One of the biggest stumbling block is file managment, particularly copying and moving. The fact that all folders look exactly the same is a big part of the problem. If I could change the background colour or put in a background image or a large watermark in the bottom-righthand corner [as in Windows XP] and being able to change the folder's icon would be the cream on the cake.This would greatly improve my learners acquisition o
