Suggestion for idle champions in Fallen Enchantress Stardock Forums

Hi everybody, I've been playing and enjoying FE:LH immensely the past few weeks since picking up on Steam. This game is a serious time-eater. Just. One. More. Turn. However, one aspect of the champions kinda bothers me and I'm looking for your thoughts as well. I have a hard time moving one of my champions (even a General) into a city and just leaving him/her idle. My hangup is that this champion pretty much ceases to gain experie
