Same problem here. The latest Windows update (2025-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050092)) appears to be the culprit somehow conflicting with the Windows Explorer navigation environment. I rolled it back and Windows Blinds started working again. Until the programmers get to this bug I will leave Windows Blind off my list of Object Desktop installed apps. :-(
