The version I have now worked fine until I purchased the new computer. What do i need to do to make it work? When I went to the website, it seems I did not qualify for an upgrade to a new version.

Please explain. Do I... 1. Purchase a new version? How much? 2. Upgrade old version for free? 3. Keep using old version? Or does old version no longer work?
I have installed MP on both computers. I set up the new computer as Secondary. Attached is pix MPS1 from secondary. I open MP on primary computer - attached are 4 pix MP1 trying to config the secondary named Trader. Highlight Trader, click on Config. Next MP2 pops up. I click OK. MP3 pops up. Trying to find secondary. Then the error msg of MP4. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/43/84/4384524/866d4992-50c4-441
All is goofed up. I read everything on the page you sent but it doesn't seem to apply. I installed the app on my new computer - set it to be Secondary. When I did CONFIG on the Primary, get the same error msg. When I open the app on each computer, they are completely different interfaces. So I re-installed the app on my Primary and it won't accept the passcode you sent me. I'm lost. Please help. TIA.
I have a new computer, setup as secondary. Spent over 1 hour reading manual and following setup procedures. Configuration says "Multiplicity has been unable to connect to the secondary machine." I'm at a loss. Any help appreciated.
thanks for everyone's help. I have it working now. cheers, jim
Hey AZDUDE. I'm in Phoenix. Is that close to you? What do you mean "shutting down AV?"
Thanks to you both. I'll add a little more detail. I purchased KVM-PRO and had uninstalled the old version so I was sure to have the latest sw on both machines. I had downloaded the manual and read it before posting my original question. When I installed the new version in the new computer, the Wizard opened as promised and I selected Secondary, then rebooted. I installed the new version on the old computer, the wizard did not open so I was not even given an oppo
I purchased a new computer and installed Multiplicity. I set the Wizard to treat it as a secondary computer. When I tried to open Multiplicity on my Primary computer, it would not open. Therefore I uninstalled on my Primary. I downloaded a fresh copy and installed it on my Primary but the Install Wizard never opened. I've gone thru the process twice. I cannot get Multiplicity to open on the Primary computer. What do I do next?
