I don't use any Dreamscapes. I use silent videos, as my wallpaper. All videos, have no sound, which is what I want. I don't need the audio function, just the video option. I'm running Windows 11 x64 (the latest). I either listen to the radio (effectively disconnecting the DAC from the computer), or listen to audio files, I have on a large SSD. I don't use the sound of my motherboard, but rather a digital USB output, to a DAC, which also has a DAB tuner attached, and I switch between the two during the day. In Deskcapes, I've 'muted the volume', but that's not the same as disabling sound in the program. When I switch from USB audio output to the DAC, to the DAB input, the drivers for the USB output are no longer required, so uninstall, Deskscape doesn't play well with this change...and the video freezes. Well, I purged using the downloaded zip file....still has the margin...so, failed!!

A few other thoughts.. I have a folder of videos (MP4), specifically acquired to run as video desktops, most last 60 minutes, but some longer. If a scene changes in a video (but same video), the margin sometimes appears, the margin contains the top of the previous scene. I run DeskScapes full screen on Windows 11x64, and well pleased with it...kind of. DeskScapes is set to run at start up, which is O.K. but, when it's been running for a while, and I run a window full screen, when closing that window...a small margin, is kept along the top of the screen, effectively hiding part of the running video

Hi, I've sussed out what was wrong, I had to run it as an administrator, which I wasn't. Made the change to the shortcut, and the 'exe' file, rebooted...and all's OK (fingers crossed)

Downloaded, installed, and registered (different email address) this program...well impressed with it. However - and here's the downer, I'm running Windows 10x64, and while configuring the program - everything was great, however, upon reboot..the program didn't (and still doesn't) run. I have to click the icon in the start menu, which opens the configure window, and I have to twiddle with the settings before it runs. Very good program, better than the one I was using...almost. I would like to be able to group different web browsers, and the possibility to add 'Notebook.exe' to Explorer.exe', so they automatically tabbed together. This may be present now, but as of yet...haven't found it. Don't think the 'grouping' should be limited to a particular program. I know I can drag the programs together...but I would like to create a group, not based on an EXE file (unless they can be grouped together). H
