Hi, I've been trying for years to create a professional looking BootSkins in Paint Shop Pro 10, but I haven't had any luck. All I know how to do is create just regular BootSkins with no progress bar. I really want to learn how to create one with progress bars. The question is... How do I create BootSkins in Paint Shop Pro 10 and load 'em into the BootSkin program. I don't have Adobe PhotoShop at all and I'm used to making BootSkins in my current paint program. If anybody does the
