I updated. The answer is no... For now. I hope it stays that way ...

I once needed to uninstall Iconpackager for maintenance purposes and it warned me that it would remove all icon changes upon removal. Now when I want to install the new version over the old install. It pops up an uninstall prompt. If I do say yes, will it negate all my changes so I can update or not? Because I would hate to go through the trouble of assigning individuals icons again as i never use packs...
