Installed Multiplicity KVM Pro on new Windows 10 Home system. (Primary) No audio ever since. In the volume mixer, I can see that the proper audio devices are set, and I can see 'activity' in the devices but no audio at all. I've tried toggling the send/receive audio settings in the Multiplicity app. No effect. Please advise. = K

I've got Multiplicity 2 going under Windows 10 now after downloading a fresh copy from the Downloads section. However, when I tried applying my serial# from the 'I have a serial number' section of the 'Upgrade' link, I'm getting a 'That serial# is in use on another account' message. Thoughts ? = K
As the title suggests, I installed Multiplicity 2.0 on my primary PC (fresh install not an upgrade) and when I double click Multiplicity from the program manager I get the blue loading circle for a couple of seconds and then it goes away but Multiplicity does not load. It isn't minimizing to the launchpad and there's no sign of it in the process list in Task Manager either. It just seems to be trying to run and aborting.
