No Audio after Installing Multiplicity

Installed Multiplicity KVM Pro on new Windows 10 Home system. (Primary)

No audio ever since. In the volume mixer, I can see that the proper audio devices are set, and I can see 'activity' in the devices but no audio at all.

I've tried toggling the send/receive audio settings in the Multiplicity app. No effect.

Please advise.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It's unclear if you are having issues with the audio feature of MP (sending / receiving) or if audio flat out does not work on the Primary after installing and with no effort to use that feature.

If the latter, MP would have no effect on the sending PCs audio unless the feature was enabled:

If not enabled, if you uninstall MP, and you are noting trying to use Audio sending / receiving, if you uninstall MP, does sound work then?
