windows blinds no longer working windows 11 64 bit

all stardock star11 dreamscapes fences stop working every time i start or start my pc. can't uninstall and reinstall on a SSD all program to to D: instead

Tried that they also block games on my PC and apps

none my Stardock apps are working

i have a 250 gb ssd for my c drive i would like the ability to install on my D drive which is 6tb

my problem is when i reboot the computer the icons on the task bar the icons change

if it's not ready this year im not renewing
