Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.
Everything i keep reading from paradox , points me to stadock. It will not allow me to complete setup telling me my key is in use. ive only entered it once with my e-mail and i cant finish installation. i cant install any patches because the game isnt fully installed. Please help me with a reponse.
Lots of people are having problems with this game. My problem is that i bought the game brand new yesterday and i installed it today. I entered the correct e-mail address and my serial. There was a problem with the initial installation and i had to re-install and of course now it tells me my serial key is already in use. Whats my next move? Paradox will only tell me to deal with stardock.
