I get "Login faild. You may have missing or outdated registy data. Try running Fallen Enchantress using /username and /password command line parameters" or something to that effect.. What gives? Never needed a UID or PWD to run FE before. How do I get this up and running?

I see a ton of posts on here about folks missing games they paid for. I am also missing games. What gives? From reading the other posts I know you will just suggest I contact support, which I have already done. But hey, can you please address this problem in a pinned post and update your knowledge base? Or maybe, better yet find out what is causing this problem and fix it!
