Missing Gmes

I see a ton of posts on here about folks missing games they paid for. I am also missing games. What gives?

From reading the other posts I know you will just suggest I contact support, which I have already done. But hey, can you please address this problem in a pinned post and update your knowledge base? Or maybe, better yet find out what is causing this problem and fix it!

Would require more information regarding "missing games".

Did you have the games in your Impulse "My Games" tab and now they are missing?

Or, did you never get the games you purchased to show in the "My Games" tab in Impulse?

Which games are they?

The majority of issues on "missing games" not appearing in Impulse is due to purchases being made using PayPal and a different email for PayPal than the purchaser's Impulse login email.  This can easily be resolved by transferring registrations to your Impulse login email here - https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

Please post your support ticket number here.

I know it's not a different account. I ordered Europa Universialis III Complete in a single order and for one price. I received three games and could see them and install them in Impulse:

1) Europa Universialis III

2) Europa Universialis III: In Noninae

3) Europa Universialis III: Napoleon's Ambition

Now I have just In Nominae showing in Impulse. The other two simply disappeared.

If I ask Impulse to email me my registration numbers, I get the numbers for all three, but I do not see in my game list and thus am not able to install, for  example, Napoleon's Ambition.

This is just one example I also have other missing games.

This is actually as intended.

As with other Paradox expansion packs, these follow-up games replace and expand upon a previous expansion or the base game. The game and expansions all extract to and are run from the base executable (though it's possible this may be replaced with a newer executable at some point).

That said, there will be only one instance of the game once you have the base and any expansions installed, because there's only one executable to run.
