I am using Fences 2.13 on Win7. For a while now I've noticed an issue with the initial display of my fences. When I login my desktop first shows all my icons without their fences. Then when Fences loads my desktop appears without any icons or fences. In order to display my fences/icons I either need to double click the desktop or press alt-left arrow. I've uninstalled/re-installed but no change. Is this the new default behavior for Fences?
